The Premier Zeeland Standard Oyster comes from both the Oosterschelde and Grevelingen Lake. The temperature, salinity and bottom conditions of this pure water make it an ideal area for oyster farming. After being fished, these oysters are stored in our fully air-conditioned oyster cellar, where they purify themselves of sand and silt. This oyster has a soft texture with a robust, salty flavour.

Irish Oyster Suprême is an oyster from Ireland. Over three to four years, it grows into an oyster of exceptional quality. Cultivation takes place in the bays of the beautiful Kerry region, known for the Ring of Kerry, in the south-west of the country. In this area, the seawater is nutrient-rich which ensures that the oyster attains an excellent fish weight and has a particularly natural, slightly sweet taste.
