Ingredients
- 12 oysters bijvoorbeeld fines
- 2 el soy sauce
- 1 el ginger syrup
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1 el lemon juice
Instructions
- Finely chop the garlic, pepper and cilantro
- Poke the oysters open and loose, pouring off most of the liquid
- Put them in a mortar and pound until you have a coarse paste
- While mashing, add the ginger syrup, lemon juice and soy sauce
- Make sure all the flavors are well incorporated into each other
- Strain the mixture if necessary before dividing it among the oysters
