Like all our products from the sea, we also rinse them in our state-of-the art facility so they are almost free of sand and their flavour comes out even better. The meat is white in colour and the flavour is mild with a slight salty accent. Fry them briefly to prevent toughness and then enjoy this delicious salty bliss.
