Turkish bread
black pepper
sea salt
Instructions
Remove the meat from the lobsters' tails and shells
Cut all the meat into pieces and stir in 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Meanwhile, heat the bread in the oven
Cut the bread into quarters and slice open each quarter
Spread both halves of the sandwiches with mayonnaise
Also divide the lobster among the sandwiches and sprinkle with salt and pepper

Serving tip: Make a coleslaw or use grated carrot to make the sandwich crunchy
