The briny sea aster enhances the salty flavor of the amandes even more! A delicious, nutty appetizer.
Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees
Schuck the amandes. Tip: put them in the oven in a covered baking tin until they open a little.
Place the sea aster, pine nuts, garlic, and butter in a food processor and chop finely, but not so long that it turns into a paste.
Distribute the pesto over the opened amandes and sprinkle with some black pepper.
Place them in the oven for about 2 minutes. The cooking time depends on how much moisture is left in the shells, so be sure to test one to ensure they don't become dried out and tough!
