Mussels in spicy garlic oil

dry white wine

chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Instructions
Put the garlic, chipotle pepper and oil in a wok pan over high heat
Heat this mixture until the garlic is browned
Strain it and keep the oil in a separate container
Add the mussels to the hot wok and pour in the glass of white wine
Stir frequently until all shells are open
Pour the oil on top
Divide mussels among plates or place in a bowl
Pour the oil/wine mixture left in the pan over the mussels
Finish with some coarse sea salt
Notes
Make sure you have a nice loaf of bread to dip with!
