Napoli met nduja

Een lekker pittige pasta binnen 7 minuten op tafel!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 doosje napoli ready-to-eat mosselen
  • 2 el nduja
  • 200 gram tagliatelle
  • 1 scheut olijfolie

Instructions
 

  • Kook de pasta volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking in gezouten water gaar
  • Verhit intussen olijfolie in een pan
  • Bak de nduja aan tot hij is gesmolten
  • Voeg de mosselen toe aan de hete pan
  • Doe een deksel op de pan en wacht 3 minuten tot de mosselen warm zijn
  • Serveer de pasta met de mosselen
