As a Packing Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily packaging activities in our mussel production. You lead the packing team, ensure the production schedule is followed, and monitor quality, speed, and food safety. In this role, you act as the link between production, logistics and planning. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same - your organizational talent and ability to maintain oversight will make a real difference.
You’ll ensure an efficient and accurate packaging process on multiple tray-sealing machines. You allocate the work across lines, coordinate with logistics, and make sure the final products are ready for shipping on time. You motivate your team, step in when needed, and actively contribute to process improvements. Thanks to your experience in production environments, you know how to adapt during changing departure times and peak periods such as the summer.
