Customer Service Specialist

This is you

You are social, service-minded and not afraid to pick up the phone. You communicate clearly and stay friendly, even when things get a bit hectic. You learn quickly. Experience is a plus, but our motivation and attitude make the real difference.

Your responsibilities

You assist customers via phone, email and chat with a wide range of questions in Dutch, and needed, also in English of French. Sometimes the questions are simple, sometimes more challenging. You remain calm, think along and come up with solutions. You accurately process customer information, keep track of ongoing requests and escalate when necessary. No two days are the same, and that's exactly what you enjoy. At the end of the conversation, the customer feels heard. Mission accomplished.
