As a crew member on our mussel vessels (YE-24 / YE-20 / YE-38), you truly have your sea legs. You work and help a future in mussel farming on the Wadden Sea and/or the Oosterschelde. You are motivated to learn the trade in practice and you see oppportunities to grow into a role with more responsibility.
As a crew member, you are fully involved on board our vessels. You take part in all daily onboard activities and support cultivation, fishing, and maintenance work. In this role, you learn to work with vessels, rigging, and cultivation materials. You don't do this alone - you work as part of a team. Beyond your own crew, you also collaborate with other vessels within our fleet.
