  • 1 oyster knife
  • 1 low plastic container

Instructions
 

  • Pour the Guinness, the juice of the lemon and the zest of the lemon into a low plastic container that can go into the freezer
  • Place mixture in freezer for 1 hour or until frozen
  • Poke open the oysters before taking the Guinness out of the freezer
  • Remove the plastic container from the freezer and grate with a fork until the ice cream has turned into granita
  • Scoop a spoonful into each oyster and eat quickly before it is thawed. Season with a little black pepper
