Oysters Guinness Granita

Equipment
- freezer
- 1 oyster knife
- 1 low plastic container
Ingredients
- 12 hollow oysters for example Oysrí
- 1 can Guinness
- 1 lemon
- black pepper
Instructions
- Pour the Guinness, the juice of the lemon and the zest of the lemon into a low plastic container that can go into the freezer
- Place mixture in freezer for 1 hour or until frozen
- Poke open the oysters before taking the Guinness out of the freezer
- Remove the plastic container from the freezer and grate with a fork until the ice cream has turned into granita
- Scoop a spoonful into each oyster and eat quickly before it is thawed. Season with a little black pepper
