Our Stay-at-Home club are North Sea brown shrimp. They are so flavorful that simplicity is often best. With a homemade cocktail sauce, they are perfect on a sandwich or eaten straight from the container. Enjoy.

100gramsshrimp
1tomato
1handfuliceberg lettuce
4sprigschives
Cocktail sauce
2tbspketchup
2tbspmayonnaise
1tbspwhiskey
a few dropsWorcestershire sauce
Instructions
Mix all ingredients for the cocktail sauce and season with salt and pepper.
To create layers in the dish, start with a bit of iceberg lettuce in a glass, followed by one or two slices of tomato, and then the shrimp.
Drizzle the cocktail sauce over the shrimp to taste.
Cut the chives in half and place them on top of the dish. Not only does it look nice, but the chives also add a bit of extra spice.
