Fresh from the water, carefully handled by you, and ready for the customer. As a Pre-Processing Operator, you and your colleagues make sure that the shellfish and crustaceans arriving at our facility are properly prepared for packaging and transport to our customers.
You play a key role in preparing our products for further processing. You'll be responsible for unloading ships and trucks and ensuring the products reach the right location - using equipment such as forklifts, a quay crane, and a overhead crane. You'll also make sure the mussels are ready for production on time and keep a close eye on product quality.
You'll set up and operate machines correctly, check that they're functioning properly, and perform simple maintenance or small repairs when needed. You also contribute to a safe and clean working environment by keeping your workplace and the surrounding area tidy. Thanks to your accuracy and teamwork, operations run smoothly and our products always meet the highest standards of quality.
