Supervisor Sales Support

Who you are

Connecting. Coordinating. Supporting. As a Supervisor Sales Support, you are the steady force within the team; the person who ensures that everyone can do their work with both enjoyment and peace of mind. You take part in daily operations, distribute the workload within the team and monitor planning. With your keen eye for structure and overview, you introduce improvements while building warm, lasting relationships with both customers and colleagues. With your commercial mindset, you spot opportunities and help the sales team take that extra step.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you are the first point of contact for colleagues in the Sales Support team and act as the stable factor on busy days. You keep balance within the department, ensure that customers are assisted clearly and kindly, and that orders flow through correctly - from the sea, through your hands, to the customer. You are responsible for daily task allocation and for monitoring the team's workload. You also actively contribute to Sales Support tasks, from customer communication to order processing. Colleagues come to you with questions, bottlenecks and operational challenges. You foster a positive, open and healthy working atmosphere where everyone feels heard.

What do we ask?

Bachelor-level working and thinking;
Experience in Sales Support, customer-facing departments or Customer Service roles (ideally 3-6 years);
Excellent command of Dutch and English, and comfortable communicating in French;
You work in a structured way, think in solutions and remain calm under pressure;
You are familiar with the basics of major CRM systems such as Reflex, etc.
