Lobster Rolls
The classic New England Lobster Roll by @mrs_seafood

Ingredients
- 2 lobsters cooked
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 Turkish bread
- black pepper
- sea salt
Instructions
- Remove the meat from the lobsters' tails and shells
- Cut all the meat into pieces and stir in 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Meanwhile, heat the bread in the oven
- Cut the bread into quarters and slice open each quarter
- Spread both halves of the sandwiches with mayonnaise
- Also divide the lobster among the sandwiches and sprinkle with salt and pepper
