RETURN OF PRODUCTS

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 (calendar) days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited with the full order amount  including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. After submitting your cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product.

Please note: you first send the form to us. You will then receive instructions for returning the product.

If you make use of your  right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if  reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, you can report this to us using this form. We will then refund the purchase amount within 14 working days.
