The Suprême is our oyster from Ireland. Breeding takes place in the beautiful bays of Kerry, known for 'the ring of Kerry'. There is only one grower who grows this product there. That makes this oyster unique, but also scarce. In three to four years, it grows into an exceptional oyster with an excellent fish weight and a slightly sweet taste. We select only the very finest oysters from this culture. That is why they have the classification: Suprême.
