Our French oyster Claire, is grown in the nutrient-rich and pure water on the French coast. This oyster is grown on tables, creating her elegant shell. In the French waters it grows into a beautiful full oyster, with a slightly sweetish taste. She is a tad less salty than our tough Zeeuwse oyster Krijn.
