Oysters with Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  

  • 12 hollow oysters
  • 2 shallots
  • 5 tbsp raspberry vinegar
  • Optional: pomegranate seeds for extra texture

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop the shallots.
  • Mix them with the vinegar.
  • Spoon a teaspoon of the vinaigrette into each oyster, or adjust to taste.
