Shrimp Cocktail
A delicious and classic shrimp cocktail recipe.
Our Stay-at-Home club are North Sea brown shrimp. They are so flavorful that simplicity is often best. With a homemade cocktail sauce, they are perfect on a sandwich or eaten straight from the container. Enjoy.

Ingredients
- 100 grams shrimp
- 1 tomato
- 1 handful iceberg lettuce
- 4 sprigs chives
Cocktail sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp whiskey
- a few drops Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients for the cocktail sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- To create layers in the dish, start with a bit of iceberg lettuce in a glass, followed by one or two slices of tomato, and then the shrimp.
- Drizzle the cocktail sauce over the shrimp to taste.
- Cut the chives in half and place them on top of the dish. Not only does it look nice, but the chives also add a bit of extra spice.
