Our cockles are fished by cockle fishermen. They are constantly looking for the best places on the tidal flats to fish these shells. They live just below the sand. With the naked eye, you actually only see the empty shells, but when you walk across the mudflats, you feel the cockles with your feet. Vlot online de mosselen besteld en de volgende dag gehaald. Mosselen waren goed proper met veel vlees. Eén minpuntje, veel gebroken schelpen. Als ik die er allemaal uitgehaald had, had ik er zeker een derde verlies gedaan. Was echt niet normaal
De oesters worden koel en goed verpakt in een mandje afgeleverd.
