Description

Razor clams are a true delicacy in any country. Like cockles and mussels, they contain muscle meat that holds the shell together and is suitable for human consumption. Like all our products from the sea, we also rinse them in our state-of-the art facility so they are almost free of sand and their flavour comes out even better. The meat is white in colour and the flavour is mild with a slight salty accent. Fry them briefly to prevent toughness and then enjoy this delicious salty bliss. The storage temperature is between 4-7 °C.
