Together with the Holmyard family, we cultivate sustainable and organic mussels on our self-sufficient PREMIER OFFSHORE Seafarm. The mussels are grown suspended in the water, which means they are not accustomed to a hard bottom and therefore require a gentle approach. The Holmyard family's sea farm is the first sea farm to receive the BAP certification!

This is our oyster farmer, Hans Nelis. He is responsible for cultivating our La Zélandaise oyster, among others. This Zeeland oyster is grown on tables in the Oosterschelde, giving it the beautiful shape of French and Irish oysters while retaining the salty flavor of our local waters. A perfect combination!
