Razor Clams Avignon

Use our ready-to-eat razor clams in Avignon flavor for this super quick recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bakje scheermessen Avignon
  • 1 shallot
  • 1/2 bunch thyme
  • black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop the shallot.
  • Sauté the chopped shallot in some olive oil until it becomes translucent.
  • Add the razor clams and thyme.
  • Cook the razor clams until they are warmed through, about three minutes.
  • Add black pepper to taste.
