Amandes with sea aster pesto
Nutty and briny – the sea aster pesto perfectly complements the flavor of the amandes.

Ingredients
- 2 handful of sea aster
- 1 handful of toasted pine nuts.
- 10 gram butter
- 1 clove garlic
- black pepper
- 1 kg amandes
Instructions
- The briny sea aster enhances the salty flavor of the amandes even more! A delicious, nutty appetizer.
- Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees
- Schuck the amandes. Tip: put them in the oven in a covered baking tin until they open a little.
- Place the sea aster, pine nuts, garlic, and butter in a food processor and chop finely, but not so long that it turns into a paste.
- Distribute the pesto over the opened amandes and sprinkle with some black pepper.
- Place them in the oven for about 2 minutes. The cooking time depends on how much moisture is left in the shells, so be sure to test one to ensure they don't become dried out and tough!
