Lobster Rolls

  • 2 lobsters cooked
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 Turkish bread
  • black pepper
  • sea salt


  • Remove the meat from the lobsters' tails and shells
  • Cut all the meat into pieces and stir in 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • Meanwhile, heat the bread in the oven
  • Cut the bread into quarters and slice open each quarter
  • Spread both halves of the sandwiches with mayonnaise
  • Also divide the lobster among the sandwiches and sprinkle with salt and pepper



Serving tip: Make a coleslaw or use grated carrot to make the sandwich crunchy
