Mussels in spicy garlic oil

Ingredients
- 2 kg mussels
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 60 ml olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce chopped
- 1 tl sea salt
- 1 sourdough bread
Instructions
- Put the garlic, chipotle pepper and oil in a wok pan over high heat
- Heat this mixture until the garlic is browned
- Strain it and keep the oil in a separate container
- Add the mussels to the hot wok and pour in the glass of white wine
- Stir frequently until all shells are open
- Pour the oil on top
- Divide mussels among plates or place in a bowl
- Pour the oil/wine mixture left in the pan over the mussels
- Finish with some coarse sea salt

Make sure you have a nice loaf of bread to dip with!
