Mussels with Roquefort sauce
Ingredients
- 2 kg cooked mussels click the link for the mussel recipe
- 300 gram Roquefort
- 100 ml cream
- 1 pat butter
Instructions
- Cook the mussels - you can find a recipe on our website
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan
- Add in the cream
- Crumble up the roquefort and add them to the pan
- Stir until you have a smooth sauce
- Use a skimmer to ladle the mussels into a big bowl
- Add some of the mussel broth through the roquefort if it is to thick
- Pour the sauce over the mussels
