Samphire is a plant that grows on salt marshes, at the edge of the sea. The plant absorbs salt as it grows, giving it a salty taste. It is a tender, crunchy and slightly salty sea vegetable. Marsh samphire is delicious to prepare with fish, or added to a salad.

Vlot online de mosselen besteld en de volgende dag gehaald. Mosselen waren goed proper met veel vlees. Eén minpuntje, veel gebroken schelpen. Als ik die er allemaal uitgehaald had, had ik er zeker een derde verlies gedaan. Was echt niet normaal
