This flat oyster is rare in its kind and grown with care. The Premier Zeeuwse Flat Oysters Heritage is an elegant delicacy. A pure and Zeeuws product with which we now have 140 years of experience. The company’s rich history all began with the Flat Oyster, in 1880. Oyster farming is part of Zeeland’s heritage, so here you have a traditional product in your hands. Indeed, throughout the years we continue to combine our experience with the latest techniques in terms of breeding, storage and watering. The result? An absolute top product.

With attention and a strong piece of craftsmanship, this slow grower is carefully guided to become the oyster it is, this is a rare specimen. A well-filled oyster of high quality. And with Lake Grevelingen and the Oosterschelde as breeding grounds, we can rightly call this Zeeland’s pride.
